Key Annual Reporting Requirements in Hong Kong

• Companies registered in Hong Kong must submit an annual return within 42 days of incorporation anniversary
• Required documents: Form AR1, Certificate of Incorporation, Business License, Articles of Association, copies of directors’ and shareholders’ passports
• Late submission fines range from HK$870 to HK$3,480
• Non-submission may result in fixed penalties up to HK$50,000 and daily fines
